Write about a time you didn’t feel like yourself.

Prompt Response: One time, I was out in public with my friends, and we went to a plaza, and at some point, we split up and went to find some stuff for each other. I felt like i didnt know what to do as I was by myself wandering alone. I didn't know what to do as I was just alone and had to find something to occupy myself.
Summary: Today, we went over the homework and explained the physical and emotional things that happened in the book.
Reflection: I feel like it's better to know what you want to do before making plans to do things with other people.

Finally, reflect on one area where you feel you need additional support or improvement as we move into the spring semester.
