Prompt response: A couple of years ago, I was in weight training, and on this day, we were supposed to max out weights, which meant that we had to test the max amount of weight you can lift on the bench press. At the time I maxed out with 25 pounds on both sides of the bar, and I was able to bench press it, and I thought that I could do more weight, so I increased it to 30 pounds and turned out that I couldn't do it. My body limited me to being able to do 25 pounds when I thought I could do more than 25.
Summary: Today, we read the first 10 pages of Chapter 6 from the book Wild by Cheryl Strayed
Reflection: Sometimes you have to listen to yourself and know your own limits because sometimes it'll come back to get you.
